I’m the person who gets it delivered.
Computer engineer from Politecnico di Milano, certified Product Owner, twelve years spent getting complex projects into production for large organisations. Independent since 2018, working remotely from Milan.
Engineering is not what I sell. It is what lets me properly understand what is being proposed: read an architecture, sanity-check an estimate, spot a technical risk early, sit with a development team and speak the same language. What I bring is the method that takes an organisation from “we should do something with AI” to something that works and can be measured.
Three things, and how they hold together.
Method
I facilitate envisioning workshops: I bring innovation scenarios from the client’s industry, surface the underlying needs, identify the opportunities and prioritise them with the people who decide. Discovery follows — user and stakeholder interviews, process mapping, requirements writing. I hold a Master in Digital Transformation (TAG Innovation School) and one in Product Management (Edgemony), plus years teaching and facilitating design sprints, hackathons and open innovation workshops at Talent Garden, VeniSIA, Sprint Factory and Startup Geeks. I know how to surface the right problem — which is rarely the one the client thinks they have — and how to get a room of people with competing priorities to decide.
Design and prototype
From a designed solution to something you can see and try: Figma prototypes, working MVPs built with generative AI tooling where it helps, validation with real users before committing development budget. That was my job as Head of Product and as product lead for every startup in an AI-focused studio. I don’t stop at the slides.
Delivery
Twelve years of product ownership and delivery management. Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner II. Backlog, sprints, prioritisation by real value, remote coordination of teams of up to sixteen people across developers, designers, data scientists and systems engineers, on enterprise clients. The sharpest result I can quote: development time reduced by 25% while product value increased.
Eight years, not two.
I didn’t arrive at agentic AI by following the hype: I have been working on this since 2018. First voice interfaces, then omnichannel conversational automation, then product inside an AI-focused startup studio, then process automation on enterprise platforms. Agents are the next step along the same line.
